Introduction to Backyard Maple Syrup Making
Learn the basics of making maple syrup. Perhaps you are interested in tapping your backyard maple trees or maybe you are just interested in learning the process of where your syrup comes from. Discuss the process of making maple syrup, from collecting sap, to pouring it on your pancakes, and all the steps in between. Leave class with the knowledge to begin making syrup on your own or have the opportunity to join a community effort. Class includes sweet samples!
